yes, and other than Moan U away (in which Laca almost certainly wouldn't start anyway) we're not playing the really big teams so it is a chance for others to get playing time

If Emery can just realise we're better without Xhaka and stop being overly defensive we could really get some points on the board over the next few weeks - a big 'if' though

Watford's a big one for Emery IMO - he needs to get us winning games like that much more easily than we have been

I think it's hard to feel confident about a game like this, when our form hasn't been very good and the manager has been making some very poor basic errors.

We should be winning this easily, but you can't feel too optimistic about that right now when we've not been playing very well and our defence is as leaky as ever.

Just hope Xhaka doesn't play, or it'll effectively be like playing with 10 men, even with 11 last year playing their 10 men we were lucky to win in the end and they dominated.

Laczette is a big miss, he's been great this season and is one of those players who can win you a match.

I expect a win but wouldn't be surprised if we don't win this given Emerys' poor starting lineups and sluggishness at responding to on field events.

We are known for giving struggling teams a helping hand and Watford away is a tough place for us as well.

I think it will be 2-1 or 1-0 to them, can’t see us keeping a clean sheet anyway.

Awesome - so we’ve basically got no left side of the team then?

isn't away at Watford a bit of a 'physical' game for our Mesut...?

or is Emery just trying to piss him off so much, by leaving him out of the derby and then fielding him in shitty fixtures like this, that he finally ships out?

Willock was our best player in the first three games along with Gwen Doozy.

Now he gets overlooked while irredeemable failures like Ozil and Xhaka are preferred.

Apart from Xhaka being a cert, Emery still appears to have no idea what the most cohesive team or shape is.

Kolasinac and Luiz/Sokratis will probably continue to be first choice ahead of Tierney and Holding as well.

Relying on Auba having a clinical day is seemingly the only game plan.
