The general consensus on him from most sensible fans would be that he's a really good player who's good enough for a top 4 side, but he's not good enough to win you a title in one of the big leagues.
He has unique attributes that make him a massive asset and a perfect 'plan B' to come off the bench. You can never doubt his hard-work or professionalism either. His biggest flaw is obviously his lack of speed and those days when he'd rather wrestle and gesticulate like he's in a straight-to-video Bollywood film.
