He's a pretty poor manager, poor lineup, poor tactics, boring slow football and poor subs.
Seems to love Xhaka and plays him over the vastly superior Torreira, no Martinelli today honestly awful.
Knocked out in the last 32 against a poor team, that makes for sorry reading.
Personally I'd cut my losses and replace him in the summer with someone decent, since he's come in the changes have been minimal at best.

Agreed Arteta is doing the best he can with a bad bunch he can't go around slagging players off atm as they're are all he's got he probably wasn't able to sign anyone in January he wanted.
