And yes, lots of countries have very few or no cases, but then some countries like the Caymen Islands have only had one death but because they have a low population it looks like the rate is very high.
So far the USA's deaths per population stats is pretty good, but they have over 80,000 "active cases" and climbing, so it's a bit early to be praising them for that.

The media has been laser focused on these nations, running the death tolls in a macabre and sensationalist sporting style narrative. Off the top of your head, how do things look in Canada? Or Brazil?
