I wouldn't have done it that way. I'd have offered a free "smart" phone, provided you had certain compulsory apps installed. And the tests, of course. That way you could launder the money through to Apple and Google, via Amazon if you like, while the victim would be happy because they have a new fondle slab. Essentially, you'd pay for the phone through taxes and the pigs would get more phone coverage, more data and their DNA database for free. They wouldn't even have to handle the infrastructure because the big tech fascists would cover all that.

So london certain to go into tier 2 from this weekend.
Most of the north will be in tier 3 later.
Essex council being cretins and asking to put whole county in tier 2.
Seriously what’s the point anymore? No one is having a life, cant see friends or family, plan anything more then about 3 hours in advance in case rules change.
This nonsense idea of a circuit breaker for three weeks, or as most people would call it, lockdown, just seems to be buying an extra couple of weeks. We cant live life by going into a lockdown every six weeks.
Stay at home, work & try not to die of Covid in case you cause the government some issues.

i think the answer is to go back to normal pub hours etc and just crack down much harder on people signficantly breaking the rules - by which i just mean large groups gathering and being really stupid etc - it's about time the police actually got out onto the street and did something instead of watching confiscated porn in the station with a few tinnies and smoking confiscated weed
if there aren't enough police they can always recuit some of those pocket fascists from G4S, plus those security c**ts at the airport presumably don't have many people to boss around right now
I cross examined my niece who said they tested her every week for 4 weeks and then every 4 weeks after that.
She has a leaflet with some blurb about it all in it although she's not being very responsive about what it says.

It's not uncommon for people to be incentivised to participate in trials or surveys. Is it unreasonable for the ONS to be gathering...S about a new virus?
What do you think is actually going on here? The bloke in the video makes loads of vague insinuations but offers no actual evidence of anything untoward going on here.
