It has suddenly become a whole lot easier, hasn't it? I liked the vicious fight over Brexit - it's how it's supposed to be. Not so keen on decrees from on high though.

What happened to the Queen, btw? Where is she? Haven't heard a peep. Is she up for all this? Has anyone asked? I thought her parliamentarians had to ask her before they introduced sweeping legislation that altered the face of the kingdom? Have all these decrees gone through the proper channels? Debate in the parliament. Passed through the Lords? Send for Royal assent? Commencement?

Must have happened bloody quickly then. Almost as if?

Or is this where the emergency powers come into play? Where the Covid thingy could get you at any minute and there's no time for all that legal stuff?
