And I've never paid for a vaccine so I doubt it.
I cant see the UK charging people to take the vaccine but of course the government will pay for the doses from Pfizer.
On a separate matter, did you expect Pfizer to work for free (or any other companies working on a vaccine?), a successful vaccine/drug can cost around 1 billion to make from scratch and those are the successful ones. Obviously a lot of drugs dont make it to market but still incur huge costs
What are people going on about here? Of course the vaccine won't be free. None of your medical services are free. They are very, very expensive and billions a year are taken from working people to pay for it all. What a strange discussion.

So...you're saying that given we've paid for the vaccines anyway, or will do at some point, via tax then we should have one to get value for money?
In America there is no free health. Growing up in UK. Free bin services, free education, grants on top of that. Wheres all that now?
I predicted the vaccine will come out right after the election. Lets see if the vaccine is free. Its a prediction so no need to argue. Time will tell

I'd be surprised if they charge for it although yes, I guess we'll pay for it one way or another.
You must be aware by this point that in these discussions, "free" is shorthand for "free at the point of service".
