This country DESPERATELY needs a non-Tory government.

NOTE: The location of this post has been moved and the thread title (which was previously Wenger is Leaving) has been manipulated by a notorious pro-Wenger moderator. What was previously a message that contained no profanity and made a comment on a real life event has now been manipulated by a deliberately provocative title. An old and crude propaganda and censorship technique.

Which is why it is essential there is a good opposition that look like an alternative electable government.

There hasn’t been one of those since 2010

We had a holiday a couple of weeks ago in half term and it was fine.
Everything was open, you had to book slots for swimming but there weren’t many restrictions.
    I think you’ll be ok.

Logically the 19th July doenst work if hte government are basing that date on the date everyone should have had a first jab. We know it takes 3 weeks to take effect & that so far one dose is only 33% effective aginast the delta variant.

If they are wanting everyone to be fully vaccinated which i can see them requiring going forward, you are looking at mid September at the earliest. Even if you bring the second doses forward to just after 3 weeks, hte would be 6 weeks from 19th july so maybe early September is feasible.

I can see the scientists etc saying its only another 6 weeks, let’s get everyone vaccinated fully

Very happy that my mates wedding can go ahead at least even though it won’t be the kind of party he would have wanted.

Viruses mutate, variants are always a possibility and covid will never just go away like the flu has never just gone away. If this isn’t the last delay then what more can really be done for our overall safety? It’s just something everyone needs to live with now. Social distancing should now be at ones discretion, IMO.
