13,000 on the 6th April seems a long way from 100,000 being tested on April 30th.

They've imposed an arbitrary cut off date for when people are eligible furlough but people who have just changed jobs are completely screwed.

I genuinely don't see how this level of lockdown can be sustained. Whole industries are going to simultaneously go bankrupt. I can't even begin to imagine how you pick up the pieces of that sort of thing.
