PA election lawyers have just joined the PA suit by pleading with the Supreme Court to effectively ignore the Constitution.

Dec 18 is the date on which the following can be activated should there be any actionable evidence that actually compromises national intelligence. The investigation into the Biden crime family ties to foreign governments and corporations is ongoing, despite media efforts to pretend otherwise. DNI John Ratcliffe recently published a detailed article to the WSJ identifying China as the most significant military, economic and political threat to the U.S. He would be responsible for coordinating any government response under the powers of the executive order should it be activated.

Biden has already been linked to the laptop scandal by witnesses and documentation. Separately, bank transfers have been secured that document the flow of funds. Biden will need to achieve one of the highest levels of security clearance to assume the office of the president.

SCOTUS does not take the case brought against PA. No ruling available at the moment. Hopefully not laches, which was the only potential weakness. Maybe due to the similar nature of the filing from Texas which might be viewed as having superior jurisdiction?

Disgraced judge Emmet Sullivan (DC District Court) had to drop the Flynn case today as moot. That shouldn't be the end of it though. The guilty parties in the FBI deserve to end up in a court too, if the law is really impartial.

No rulingcomment from the court on Kelly vs PA, simply denied. My guess, inferior jurisdiction based on other cases pending. But could just as easily be the supreme court washing its hands of a case it couldn't constitutionally rule against on the merits (or parts of it at least). Either way, it's definitely a cop out in terms of informing the plaintiffs, defendants and American people in general. At a time like this it is important to know not just what but why.

Good argument from lawyers that Kelly was non-determinant (wouldn't affect the final outcome) whereas Texas does. And because Texas covers the constitutional issues contained in Kelly, it's not a case of the court avoiding the issues. One would hope. Because if Texas gets denied too then the court has basically said, nope, won't touch that. Which would be remarkable because that would be the court avoiding its primary reason for being.

Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, South Carolina and South Dakota have all (allegedly) joined the Texas lawsuit. Don't know if they have formally joined, if they are intervening of sending their own amicus briefs. And, apparently, because it's so hard to get news at the moment because the mainstream media is pathetic, I'm hearing the Supreme Court has accepted Texas vs PA, et al.

This is a civil war, being fought with pens rather than swords. Just as it should be.

All politics aside, if this case really has been accepted, this is going to be absolutely fascinating. The plaintiff can't fail to win on the constitutional arguments, those are cut and dried, but there are countless ways the court could rule against on technicalities or procedural issues or just the politics.

We're living through history that will be spoken about in text books and classroom centuries from now. One way or the other.

On other election related news, NY is still "finding" and counting ballots, a month after the election ended. There's no argument the state went for Biden, but it should be investigated too for staging an absolute shit-show. As should California where it is even worse. The difference here is, if Trump is elected we'll get a full investigation across the board. But if Biden is installed, this will all just be brushed under the rug and the banana republic will be back in business.

Wow. The indefinite confinement issue in WI is crazy. Meanwhile, the "no evidence" people have some work to do and we can already reach one definite conclusion - Texas lawyers are significantly smarter than Trump lawyers. Or maybe that was the plan. Still one more groundbreaking suit to come, I predict. Related to national security.
