DailyMail.com has obtained a naked selfie of Frank Biden, President Joe Biden's younger brother
The photo was uploaded to a gay porn website Guys With iPhones.com in 2018 when Frank was 64
When approached by DailyMail.com, Frank conceded he was the man in the photo but denied posting it online saying his phone must have been hacked

Problem with these type of court cases, it feeds into the narrative that the “deep state” is out to get him. And to a degree that’s true, although more because he’s a deranged narcissist than he will change things. The only substantive achievement of his time in office was a massive tax break. The wall? No, drain the swamp? I would say profiting from his time in office and failing to turn his existing assets over to a blind trust rather negates that.

Did the left behind and forgotten really benefit from his time in office? Not really that I can see.

But the issue with this court ruling is that he’s never been convicted of inciting insurrection. And he’s never actually been charged with that offence either.

I think the Supreme Court will overturn this decision and frankly it should. It’s up to the American voter whether to accept or reject him (yes I get the fact that even if he loses again he will claim he won)

The powers that be are definitely trying to stop him becoming president, but mostly because he tried to quite seriously damage people's faith in their democracy, the culmination of which was the events of January 2nd. I'd suggest that's pretty good grounds for disqualifying him from ever being president again.

It may well get overturned and I think it's a state he'd be unlikely to win anyway. It amused me when I saw it this morning but in the cold light of day it probably won't make much different to anything.

The point is that you shouldn’t make someone ineligible to run based on something he’s not been charged with let alone convicted of. I have no great desire to see Trump back in office, but it’s at least tempered by the idea that he’s got a maximum of four years and then he’s gone again like a mushroom dicked Grover Cleveland.

Then again have no desire to see Biden get another four years either. But the Republicans have decided to run a multiple field of candidates rather than just getting one to go up against him (a Haley or De-Santis).

I have to say America needs a hard nosed Republican, cut entitlement spending and actually being tough on crime without thinking that the justice department is there to serve them.

Trump isn’t really a Republican he just runs on a Republican platform.
