The media has already, with one voice, determined there was no fraud. Before a single court case commences. Much as they called the election in advance with their fake polls. They assume people have the mental capacity of a goldfish. But not all do.

Not true, they all have very similar headlines that focus on two key areas, one the "unfounded" and "no proof" nature of the claims of election fraud, and how could they know that? The evidence will be in the hands of lawyers, to be presented in court, not handed out to a hostile media that can then set about "fact" checking and prejudicing proceedings in advance. The second area is trying to undermine the whole notion of challenging the fraud. For the good of the nation Trump should just accept it and walk away. Yet the media spent 4 whole years trying to delegitimise the 2016 result, claiming Russian intervention that turned out to be a few Facebook ads. So they have quite the nerve to start talking about the good of the nation. This steal is very important for them. If Biden can be installed the media stands to win big. Competition will be shut down, censorship will be greatly expanded and they'll be masters of the narrative once more, with restored earnings and no dissent. So they very much have a dog in this fight and always have.

The huge swings during the period of an hour are quite obviously suspicious, along with many other emerging pieces of evidence. But there's no point going backwards and forwards over mostly anecdotal evidence from individuals, or even some of the harder evidence that can't be disputed (such as people being barred from certain counting stations), as there will also be a flood of fake claims out there, genuine mistakes, false "fact" checks, etc. We have to wait until the evidence is properly sourced, collated and presented in a court.

You are right, the burden of proof is on the claimant. And that includes the media who had best prove their assertions too. But they won't, they'll just make the claims without doing the work, as always.

This will be about numbers, possibilities, probabilities and impossibilities. That's if it gets to court at all. Great pressure is now being placed on cabinet members to persuade Trump to concede, I suppose in return for not being hounded if the Biden regime is installed. If the entire party turns on Trump, and they might because he wrecked their cosy little games too, Trump might just say fuck it, I'll go and form my own party and come back in 2024. He has the base, whereas Dems and Reps have no bases, unless you count the whacked-out nutters on the far left who still think Bernie is not a sell-out.

This'll all take some time and you can be sure there'll be nothing impartial or even useful in the media in the intervening period.

It does matter. They need to call it sooner rather than later, like they called key states sooner for Biden and Later for Trump, to construct an air of legitimacy around the proceedings. They can't leave it hanging because that would have the opposite effect. So I would think they'f find a few more votes in Nevada today and call it that way, to take some of the heat off GA and PA. Then thy can say, oh, it didn't really matter if those states conducted a circus event rather than an election count, because look, he won anyway. Leaving aside the fact Arizona has likely been stolen too. But it'll be enough for them to move the narrative to Trump won't concede, Trump won't concede, Trump doesn't respect the election, etc. That, after them failing to respect the election for 4 years and then closing their eyes to all possibilities of fraud. You see how it works. They always reflect their own crimes and misdemeanours onto their targets and victims.
