You barge into a conversation and accuse me of hiding behind a keyboard. I say fine, I'll come out from behind the keyboard, name the time and place.

You then repeat the claim I'm hiding behind a keyboard, because if you didn't keep up the pretence then reality might catch up with you.

This is easy. It only gets difficult if you refuse to get the ball rolling and keep up the pretence.
