Spoken to a few Liverpool fans about this, they are of the view that whilst on the surface it would be funny for the Toffees to be relegated they don’t think it would do much good for the city.

I hope to god that stadium happens because it will do wonders for the north end of the city which has been neglected for, well, forever.

And part of me doesn't want them relegated because obviously there's no derby, and there's the risk of them smashing the league and winning a trophy.

But. It would be fucking hilarious if they went down. It would take a decade at least to get over that.
