There's a few inspiring young and up coming managers in the championship that should be given a chance, not the same old archaic dinosaurs.
It looks like Lambert is taking Stoke down, Pardew is taking West Brom down and Woy is taking Palace down. Allardyce is destroying Everton and Moyes is destroying West Ham. They all deserve it.
