But it's not just one word, also the stuff about gays and asian's life choices is all inaccurate stereotyping and even if he thinks these things, the fact that he's stupid enough to say them in public means he's clearly unfit for the job

yes, i work with lots of chairpeople, but it's easy enough to google for a better-written summary than i could manage - e.g. at the top of the search wot i just did: "A chairman is an executive elected by a company's board of directors who is responsible for presiding over board or committee meetings. A chairman often sets the agenda and has significant sway as to how the board votes."So...you don't know either?
though i'm not sure about the use of the word 'executive' as actually most boards are 'non-executive directors' who direct the paid executives to do the work.
