Don’t get me wrong you have to be a bit stupid to sing Gangster Rap lyrics on an Instagram video especially if you’re a footballer and in the public sphere.

But the whole regardless of context thing you cannot use that word, no that’s daft. It wouldn’t do to use it gratuitously but there are clearly some contexts (such as educational) where it is appropriate.

I’m going to break with tradition and agree with NQ on this one.
“Regardless of context” is obviously bollox.
I would suggest that “To Kill A Mockingbird” contains a powerful anti-racism message, and it uses the word liberally. It’s used in the stage adaptation of it I saw last year.
The idea of a word which can’t be used, or can’t be used by certain people, is nonsensical.
