Sheffield United vs Arsenal 04.03.2024 - KO 20:00

There’s always the potential to make heavy weather of these kind of fixtures, but champions league blip aside we’ve managed to win games with plenty to spare lately.

I don’t think necessarily resting players is a good idea but hopefully it’s a case of having the game won before mid way into the second half and can bring a lot of players off.

Vieira, Smith Rowe, Tomiyasu, Jesus and Partey all need a run out. Regardless of what happens with some of these players in the summer, they need minutes if we are going to make any money from them

Anyway 0-3 Brian Deane hat trick

Sheffield Utd are absolutely shit and one of the worst teams I’ve ever seen in this league. If we don’t win this game then end the season now.

It kicks off at 4am tomorrow morning here (here being Hong Kong, the second and last leg of my work world tour).
Every morning here so far I've woken up to frustrating football results.
If I do tomorrow I'll find the nearest skyscraper and jump off. There's plenty to choose from.

Was a bit confused because when I was in Hong Kong it was only 7 hours ahead, but of course that was during June so totally different consideration.

I was there during Euro 2016, so the only time I watched a game was if it was mid afternoon kick off

HK also feels like it’s much more expensive (especially bars and restaurants) than a lot of other parts of south east Asia

I'm not even going to joke about a Sheff U hatter this time, we absolutely should trash that excuse for a football team and leave the Sheff U board no choice back to sack Chris Wilder

It is, although Singapore is the same if not worse (haven't been, but I've heard).
HK is brilliant, has a kind of Manhattan vibe to it.

Brilliant performance, absolutely slapped the shit out of them. Didn’t give them a moment to breathe.

Chance to go top on Saturday. Don’t balls that up please.

HK is visually stunning. Not sure I’d call its vibe Manhattan like, to me it still had far too much of the former British dependency about it.

It also feels like a real life version of a free roaming city that you’d get on Grand Theft Auto.

The way driving around you get from heavily built up areas to rural and mountainous areas very quickly

If not for what Beijing is doing to it, I’d definitely go back there or even try to move there

A Manhatten vibe? You mean shit piled upon shit piled upon more shit? Doesn't sound like much of a compliment.

You were there too? At taxpayer expense no doubt.

    Me so generous.
