I remember back in the day when people use to get thread shout outs for reaching a massive milestone. I assume this trend died out because of insanely high post counts racked up but lets bring it back, in one thread though.

You need to either put [mention=33 ] SOMETHING SOMETHING [/mention ] (because you're user id is 33), or just put someone's name followed by a semi-colon.
