I'd say so. The last 14 or 15 league games last season, coupled with the 5 so far this season sees this side in the bottom 3 or very close to it.
Thats the big issue here, the rot has been there for too long. Forget top 4, we really are not that side anymore. We've found a new level in the last 18 games

And I think if we continue to ship goals like this then you have to start fearing the worst.
Problem is no leadership at the back still. When we conceed 1 we panic then mess up the whole game.

It's not just at the back. The midfield doesn't defend competently either. Walcott and Arshavin are passengers. Gervinho too by the looks of things. And in the centre Ramsey offers very little defensively, putting all the emphasis on Song (who has his dopey moments).
The whole set up of the team just looks wrong to be honest. At any moment, no matter how well we're playing going forward, you still expect us to be carved open. That's a really bad sign. That's Christian Gross-tastic.
