Lost three creative players this summer (Fabregas + Nasri + Wilshere out) and replaced them with two crocks.

Shame, he's a terrific player who's creative and a battler, plus injuries take time to get over.

We've been her before haven't we. But hey saves us needing to sign anyone as he'll be like a new signing when he returns.

God knows what position we'll be in when he returns. He'll probably be back and see us languishing near the drop zone in December.

It shows how far we've fallen when we're depending on some teen in his sophomore year to rescue our season when we've got senior players in the squad that should be stepping up to the plate.

Something has to be done about our medical staff. They just keep getting it wrong and it's his second set back.

Love the Pravdaesque spin from arsenal.con again:

Jack Wilshere will undergo surgery on his right ankle on Monday morning.

Wilshere has recently been wearing a protective boot aimed at allowing a stress fracture of the ankle time to heal naturally and avoid surgery.

However, scans this week have revealed that the fracture has not responded positively during this period.

Throughout Jack's injury, the Club has been guided by the continuous advice of several world-renowned specialists. The information attained this week has led to the conclusion that surgery is now required to gain an optimal response.

Wilshere is now expected to be out for a period of months. Following surgery these timescales will become more specific.

A Club spokesman said: "We have given Jack time to heal naturally which is important wherever possible with a young player. The latest scans show surgery is needed. Everyone at the Club wishes Jack a speedy recovery."

Well it appears these world renowned doctors have got their estimate for when a player will return from injury drastically wrong again.

Society is now one polished horde
Formed by two mighty tribes, the bores and the bored.

"After all, it was the Gunners’ goalkeeper who started the move that culminated in Thomas’ crowning glory. It was Lukic who, in injury time, decided to throw the ball out to Lee Dixon rather than lump it long..."

Worked out really well keeping him away from the U21 tournament n the summer to avoid any injuries as soon as he came back.

How we were gonna laugh at United & Liverpool when Jones, Smalling, Wellbeck & Henderson returned after no break at all and were out on their feet with exhaustion after the first few weeks.
