There’s two possible conclusion from Said presentation

There’s no evidence of a wage gap that is explained purely by gender and this whole exercise has been a waste of everyone’s time

They aren’t

And any study that suggests that doesn’t factor in workload, hours worked (women more likely to work less hours and less inclined to work overtime).

If you have two people in a standard job working the exact same hours one is a man one is a woman they will both earn the same amount.

Men are more likely to seek promotion, pay rises and less likely to take career breaks

So take away the fact that to begin with you’re comparing apples and oranges. There is no wage gap that can be explained by gender

They measure it by reaching up and pulling stuff out of their arse. Then they find a journo, buy himher a few drinks, whip their knickers off and they are published by the morning.

Went to get my regulation tea and cake (bit early, but have a meeting at 3 when I usually go).
Perfectly able bodied lady waited a full 2 minutes for a lift in the basement where our canteen is and then pressed the "Ground" button to take her 1 floor.
Silly bint.
Maybe as it's International Women's Day she expected to be carried.
