Italy. Everyone seems to be going there these days.
Am quite a big fan of Italy, has to be said.
Maybe somewhere beachy there but with somewhere fun nearby for me to explore.
Dubrovnik is supposed to be nice. Beachy and also an Old Town to explore.
Bit touristy apparently. You need to ask the locals where they have dinner etc.

Beaches are apparently a bit stony there though.
