Seems to me that more and more being female is the criteria needed to be given visual representation now and/or the power jobs.

I see. I guess it's all wrapped up in "positive discrimination", a ridiculous oxymoron.
The solution to discrimination is equality, not "positive" discrimination or "quotas" of women/a certain race/sexuality/whatever.

When we started this place we did ask for a database backup so we could put the posts on here but they were asking for silly money despite it being 2 minutes work so we thought we'd keep it as an archive and start with a clean slate here.
