I have some colleagues who do that sort of thing.
The worst thing about my organisation (and I don’t know whether this is true throughout the Public Sector) is that there is no consequence for poor performance and no reward for good performance.
So I can no longer be arsed going above and beyond for them.
At some point I need to get out of the Public Sector.
