So either it's spreading at a snail's pace or they aren't really testing. I was out and about today in London and there are plenty of posters up, but no actual measures in place. The posters probably won't have much effect on containing the virus, unless they are carrying the latest George Monbiot editorial.

Tbh with the incubation period it’s pretty much impossible to stop the spread, they might be able to slow it down but they’re only delaying the inevitable. Although for most people it will be relatively mild.
