News is only as objective as the person and/or organisation reporting it. Headlines tend to serve as click bait and a lot of people don’t read beyond that.

The syntax of reports are often designed to influence the reader as is what is included/excluded from reports.

This is the same with the evidence, data and information derived from that data and evidence.

Only by truly researching from multiple sources and critically analysing the output of your research, which nobody has the time to do for every report, can you have complete confidence in what is real or know how you are being influenced to think.

So, what makes you so sure in your sources and in what you think?

Obviously, as you are well aware, it is not about a single article, but no surprise you pretend so. Of course you'll try to make it about a single article. And then, next time, another isolated article. Without ever recognising the pattern or acknowledging the long historical record. The fake news BBC's fake news policy can't be fully qualified in one article. But that's your point and purpose, isn't it? The word "avalanche" would be like a funny misprint in isolation. But as part of the relentless fear porn it is so much more than an error of judgement. I guess they had advance notice of the CDC's confession, so were trying to get some more of their BS out in advance. Or maybe it's just second nature to them now and they don't need to think about it.
