Advantage of renting is that you can get the property management company to do the maintenance for you, we've had a lot done since we moved in and they're really good for it.
Disadvantage of course is everything else
I just wish we had something to spend the money on.

Yeah my boss was saying today his Easter break was cancelled, they offered to rebook later in the year but the cost was almost double what he originally paid.

I’m still not sure about booking foreign holidays yet. I’d love to go away but its out of our control. Yes the governemnt can say you can go abroad but if Spain etc dont want us coming in then not much we can do.
Not even thinking about abroad this year. But just looking at caravan sites and we have to deal with term times now the boy is at nursery.
Week before half term: £235.85
Week after half term: £240.50
Half term week... £641.85
I've always vaguely felt that this is unfair but it's never actually affected me before. Now I'm fuming!

Although it does make me laugh that all the airlines have been begging people to stand by them, accept vouchers rather then cash refunds etc and as soon boris announces some hope of holidays, they whack the prices up. Obviously all will do it but still
