Very affordable round there. My in-laws are in a 4 bed detached place on the Poets estate.
For what I'd get this place we could probably buy it and clear the mortgage. London
Yeah bought a 4 bed detached off plan in one of the new developments at Fairfields. Got my asking price within a few days for the current house and it went through very fast without a chain. Fortunate to have the option of the parents while it’s getting built, will definitely make childcare a non-issue now for the rest of the year! We can bugger off to the pub any time now and know my mum is always on hand.
