i hate it when people use 'of' instead of 'have' - if it makes me a nerd so what - at least i know how to speak proper
also in football commentary etc you get people saying 'you can't underestimate how good he is' etc, which is nonsense - they're basically saying that the player is worse than you can imagine

Also in football commentary, saying someone is "unplayable" doesn't make sense.

Translation...complete shithole and money pit
More seriously, if you know what you're doing with renovating properties and that, this could be a very good investment.
I'm envious of my neighbour, her dad who took down their shed and built a summer house at the end of their garden with a bar and electrics. None of my family can do stuff like that and I'm hopeless so we always end up paying through the nose.
I was pretty pleased with myself the other day when I planed and sanded the side of a door which was sticking and then repainted it.
Oh and I did put up a curtain rail, but that's about my limit!
yes i was trying to work out the margin
you can imaginge what it coud look like if you did it up and if you split it in to three flats that could work out reasonably ok if each one went for £250k or thereabouts
on another note, while i was amused at the state of it, there's obvs someone living there who isn't well, but they have probably lived there for decades and paid off the mortgage so will be able to afford to be looked after hopefully
