If you've done 5 days, you've actually done the hardest stretch. This weekend, though, watch out for where you are - where you would normally smoke. At least now you can't smoke inside a pub which was how I got caught out first time I tried to give up.

Good luck though - it might be a struggle for the first couple of weeks but it is well worth it in the end.
