    fuck this enough is enough.

    ive had way too much junk food lately. stepped on the scale and i weigh 73kg. gained 5 kilos in 3 months.

    as of tomorrow morning health kick starts.

    which means ive got an hour to binge before i go bed

    It'll be hard to start cutting with Christmas round the corner. Just go nuts now and start in January tbh.
