I may have been around before his public shaming, I don't know because you all seem to me to be insubstantive disembodied entities without singular identity
But unless this guy was a member of the National Front or the Paedophile Information Exchange and was using this forum as a front to air his manifesto, then I can't see what he said or did that warranted banning.

More or less every post Cripps made had some low level WUMming, a dig at someone or abuse. He added nothing to this place apart from making our post number stats look better. We are desperately in need of more people posting more of course, but it's not all about quantity, we'd like some quality too.

We had plenty of people complaining about Cripps and I know of a few people who left this place because of his constant WUMming. He had plenty of chances to tone it down, he refused to.

In brief: Balls to him. This place is better without him.

Sounds to me like certain people need to wind their neck in a bit, if someone gets wound up easily id say it's more their fault than the person who winds them up.

I'm sure the guy was a utter bell end, but I'm sure all of us think that about at least one person on here.
