Walcott was fouled and couldn't get to it so he stopped running and dropped to his knees. It was a partial dive because he didn't need to drop to his knees. Unfortunately these days - without video technology - you have to make it obvious to the referee that you were fouled, and Walcott did.Well played Theo. N.b. This is the only correct response.
