Seems to be a lot of hype around it and I was offered a ticket today by some guy a work. Should I take it?

Well it's still fifth in importance (out of non-Olympic years) but I they all take it seriously given they only appear from what they've done through the rest of the year; a lot of ranking points on it too, if somebody wins it undefeated.

The round robin part of it is good. And depending on when that ticket is for (if it's Friday you might see Djokovic vs Murray).

Roger Federer is a bit of an old hand at these season finale shindigs. He has won it in six of the last nine years.

His first title was a straight sets win over Andre Agassi as a 22-year-old in Houston in 2003. By contrast Murray's last match of that same year was a 6-0 6-0 defeat to world number 403 Jan Masik in a Futures event in Gran Canaria. The Scot has come a fair way since then.
