If Southampton go down now this has to be one of the most brainless managerial changes ever. Pochettino is not exactly the most calm of managers either.

And it's not even that surprising.
He'll walk into another job though.

I'd have thought Adkins might end up at Blackpool. He was at one Northern hovel in the east, might as well complete the set westerly.

I can't believe it, this guy took them from League 1 to the Premiership on a nothing and has done fantastic in the premier league. These foregin owners are runing the fucking game we love. I grew up with british ownership of clubs with Chairmen who used to give their managers backing and everything was done through a constructive board meeting. Now we have these foreign owners washing their dirty money into our game and treating decent human beings as pawns. Nigel is a good man and deserved more respect. Hope he'll find a club that appreciate him.
They kept that one in their Pochett.
i hope they get relegated now. what a stoopid, stoopid decision.

“It’s a strange time of the season, they’ve lost two of the last 12 games and came from 2-0 down to draw at Chelsea.
“(But) it seems to be the way the club’s being run under the chairman.
"Nothing’s surprising and it’s a bit of a laughing stock.” - Le Tiss
Not about footie any more is it? It's about using the legacy and traditions of football to set up dirty little cash schemes for ****ish owners who know fuck all about the game and care fuck all about the game.

At least it will take a little bit of the spotlight off the inevitable Soccer Saturday Suarez hunt.

You mean the hypocritical ****s who tell us cheating is "part of the game" right up until somebody actually admits doing it at which point they leap on their horse?

Wtf? What's the reason given?
Twat at the top wants to take Southampton in a different footballing direction apparently. Seeing as they were improving I guess he means he wants the results to be worse to secure relegation. Hopefully he gets his wish.
Merse has a horse?
if he's off the wagon, then he's riding that horse.

Looking like the win against Citeh is turning out to be a bit of a fluke.
