That depends if they finished bottom of the league because of him, or partly because of him.
I didn't see loads of QPR last season but however good you are as a 'keeper if the defence keep letting you down you're going to let in a lot of goals.

All that said, the fact he's at QPR doesn't exactly give the impression that he's that good.

7 years at Inter until QPR threw silly money at him, and he's just won the Confed Cup with Brazil.

Yes, he's much better than what we have, he's probably better than what most teams have in the league. I wouldn't be put off by his season at QPR - they chucked money at a host of players who under normal circumstances should have been beyond their reach. The whole set up there was a sham, there's no way that squad should have gone down but in the end their lack of fight wasn't surprising seeing as none of them gave a fuck about the club and were only there for the cash.

At his best he's a top keeper, definitely better than what we have in terms of ability and experience. Sczesney would do well to learn from him for a couple of seasons, even if he doesn't get the game time he wants.
