Celtic will appeal that they should be there instead.

What's odd is that the ruling doesn't come until after the ties - we could be playing two matches that don't mean anything. UEFA.

I think we all know we haven't improved. But the fact we're still getting past the group stages until we go out to teams like Bayern and Barca shows we're not that bad either. What we're doing, and have done for far too long, is stagnating.

Andre Santos was playing in Turkey . Probably at Fernebache , I am not sure . He was one of the best players in Turkish league . He signed for Arsenal and Arsenal fans had a chance to see the level of a footballer playing in Turkey . And yet a turkish team can still get Arsenal fans scared to death . What a comedy .

• Beşiktaş are not eligible to participate in the 2013/14 UEFA Europa League.

• Fenerbahçe are excluded from participating in the next three UEFA club competitions for which they would qualify, including the 2013/14 UEFA Champions League. The ban for the third season is deferred for a probationary period of five years.

The CDB also carefully analysed the situation of Steaua and, taking into account certain mitigating circumstances, the following sanction has been imposed:

I reckon we could have taken any of the teams we could have faced. Unfortunately for Fener, it's them. Rumour has it they are appealing their appeal to that CAS thingy as they want to be chucked out cos they are scared of the beating they will get.

We have better players. Scored 5 there last time we faced them in Turkey. See nothing in their squad to really worry me.

To have any chance of qualifying we will need to win in Turkey, because frankly i don't trust in our ability to beat anyone at the Emirates. It's not because the atmosphere generated by the home fans or any nonsense like that, it's that we are more inclined to push forward at home and with our dreadful joke of a central midfield it will leave our defence exposed...where as away from home i imagine we will sit deeper and counter attack.
