DM reporting that Ox won't play again, shame as I thought this was his season. Hopefully the scans will find he'a back in a week or two but worrying if true

hopefully this is as accurate as the the rumours of Keenan Thompson and AC Slater from Saved by the Bell being dead.

Wenger said he'll be out for 2 weeks :coffee:

The Same Wenger who said Rosicky would be out for two weeks back in January 2008?

If Wenger says 2 weeks it's very bad. Crushing for Ox if this is true and a waste of a potential signing to strengthen the team as now we will simply be replacing a player. That's if this even registers as a problem with Wenger. Maybe he has plans to play Zelalem 63 times this season.

I'm surprised at myself by how little I care.

Don't get me wrong, I don't want him injured for the season and hope he's ok but if he is out then yeah it's a blow for the lad. Means little to us.

This was the year where he had to push on. It's a big setback for him if true and it's a huge setback for us because the guy can pass a ball and that's a skill in very limited supply in our team.

We got relatively lucky last year with injuries but it looks like we've returned to the norm now.

That's a real bummer for the lad.

Doesn't affect us much because, well he's not that great is he. But then again we're not great.

Really bad news for the guy, he may not have had a great season last season but he's clearly got a lot of talent and considering our lack of talent he's a loss as he's a potential game changer we've now lost.

Everyone at the club level needs sacking tbf.

The medical team, the scouting network, negotiating team, the manager, the board, all needs a revolution.

What is Grimandi doing on his arse ? Last player he recommended was Sagna ?

Agree with sacking the medical team, seriously we're the only team where all our players have been through really bad injuries putting them on the sideline for ages... Cant all be bad luck.
