Absolute guts.

But we just didn't need it after conceding a sloppy goal.

But finally great overall team defending and the confidence keeps flying in. Szcesney has been sensational since the first game. Assured handling and calm distribution.

Wilshere was great in the second half. As was Gnabry who finally believed in himself and just came out of his shell. Ramsey keeps scoring and has a brilliant engine.

We really need to get some of our injured players fit again and need to invest in a pacey winger when the transfer window opens.

Top marks for the lads. Hardest game of our season so far and credit for coming through it.

Up the goonies! Really impressed with Gnabry taking charge. Ozil should have cut it on his weaker foot and shot. Wilshere really good in the second half, hospital pass aside.

This lot look like they are made of stronger stuff.

Thought my eyes were deceiving me when I saw a strong defence line - a wall of yellow and blue.

Yeah - Gnabry made an impression - Good. But our Ramsey's flying!

First half i thought Gnabry looked out of his depth as he keft hiding or running away from the ball but after that run throught the middle just before HT, he came into the game and was probably our best player considering the first goal was down to him making runs at them. Not a wide player though as his best quality looks to be driving at people and penetrating defenses so i hope we see more of him down the middle (or left coming in ala Pires)
