Looks like they've found a way round this financial fair play thing.

They should be punished heavily for playing the system like this. It's bloody obvious what he did, there's no appeal that stands a chance of success and the fucker already got let off the second red card challenge. Ban should be upped to 9 games when he loses appeal. 3 for each red and 3 for wasting the panel's time and gaming the system.

For years, Jose Mourinho's touchline tantrums have been the only black spot on an otherwise sparkling career.
The 52-year-old has won it all, including Champions League titles with Porto and Inter Milan while leading every team he has been in charge of to domestic glory.
Here, Sportsmail's team of reporters discuss whether the Chelsea manager's off-the-field antics are starting to harm his reputation and that of the Premier League.

In a statement on their website the FA said: 'Chelsea's Branislav Ivanovic will not face any further action in relation to an incident involving Everton's James McCarthy in the 86th minute.

'In Premier League matches, if an incident has not been seen by the match officials, a three-man panel of former elite referees will be asked by The FA to review it and advise what, if any, action they believe the match referee should have taken had it been witnessed at the time.

'For an FA charge to follow, all three panel members must agree it is a sending-off offence.

'In this instance, the panel did not believe the conduct was worthy of a dismissal.'

investigation has been launched after reports of racist and abusive behaviour from Chelsea fans on a train to Manchester.

British Transport Police said it was called to meet the train, which was travelling from London on Sunday night, as it entered Stoke station.

Officers are examining mobile phone footage of the alleged incident, which was obtained from a witness on the train.

Four men were asked to leave the train and four others left of their own accord.

Chelsea had earlier won the Capital One Cup after beating Tottenham Hotspur 2-0 at Wembley Stadium.

It follows an alleged racist incident involving Chelsea supporters on the Paris Metro last month before the club's Champions League game against Paris St Germain.

A spokesman for British Transport Police said: "Shortly after 10.30pm on Sunday, 1 March, officers were called to meet a Euston-to-Manchester Piccadilly train at Stoke, following reports of racist and abusive behaviour by a number of passengers, said to be football fans.

"Colleagues from Staffordshire Police also attended. Officers asked four men to leave the train at Stoke. We have spoken to two witnesses, and investigations continue.

"Rail passengers and staff have the right to travel and work in peace. Abusive behaviour on trains and at stations is unacceptable, and we will not hesitate to investigate any such incidents."

Chelsea suspended five supporters following an internal investigation into the Paris Metro incident. Footage showed commuter Souleymane Sylla, 33, being blocked from boarding a train by fans travelling to the Parc des Princes on 17 February.

The fans could be heard chanting "we're racist, we're racist and that's the way we like it".

Another group of fans returning from Paris were heard shouting racist chants at London's St Pancras station.

Another one

Jose Mourinho has launched an extraordinary riposte to Graeme Souness and Jamie Carragher for their criticism of Chelsea, telling the two former Liverpool legends that their memories have failed them and that "envy is the biggest tribute that the shadows do to the man".

Souness had described the Chelsea players as "pathetic" for how they surrounded the referee prior to Zlatan Ibrahimoivc's sending off against Paris St Germain on Tuesday. Carragher, who was also working as a Sky Sports pundit, said that it was "disgraceful" and that Mourinho's team would never be loved.

"Jamie stopped playing a couple of years ago and, in two years, he forget everything he did on the pitch," said Mourinho. "Mr Souness also, but he stopped playing a long times ago. I coached Benfica, I know a lot about him, so much about him. But I'm a certain kind of education, not just in football but in life, and I prefer to laugh. Envy is the biggest tribute that the shadows do to the man. It's about life."

Asked if he would ever instruct a team to pressurise a referee, Mourinho said: "The world is a bit strange. Maybe because of diet and maybe the quality of the products we are eating, memories are getting shorter. Because, you know, when Jamie Carragher and Graeme Souness speak about it, it's because they are having a problem for sure."

Mourinho also said that his Chelsea players will personally pay any fine they receive for their collective on-field behaviour and boldly stated that Chelsea will now win the Premier League.

"If they surround the referee we are charged and we have to pay a fine, and if we do that the players pay the fine," said Mourinho. "We have, in this moment, I think eight or nine months of competition and we were charged once. We paid for that. It's as simple as that.

"The people that lost, who were out of the Champions League last Wednesday, are the same people who have been top of the Premier League from day one. The same people who won the Capital One Cup. The same people who are going to win the Premier League.

"We are exactly the same people. If we do that, a season with a Premier League and a Capital One Cup is a brilliant season. A brilliant season. The reality is we haven't lost a game since the Bradford game. We lost two matches in the Premier League all season.

"In the Champions League, maybe it's a unique case to be out without a single defeat. I'm not like you. The nature of your job is to go with the wind. The wind blows to that side, you go to that side. I'm not like that with my players. I like my players and trust my players. I support my players. We win together and lose together. I'm not like people want me to be, or like people like to describe me."

Mourinho also turned on a reporter from Sky Sports News following further questions about the PSG game. "Why are you so pessimistic in life? It's more difficult to succeed," said Mourinho. "You have to be optimistic. Maybe you are a guy with great potential and you don't move on because you're pessimistic.

"Be optimistic. Believe in yourself, be positive. We want to win against Southampton. We have 11 matches to play, an advantage of five points and a game in hand. We are optimistic. You look pessimistic. Move on man."

Mourinho also said that all his players are ready now for Southampton, despite the predictions of his team doctor. "My doctor told me, after the game, maybe tomorrow you'll have a few injuries," he said. "Why? Because we lost, because people are sad.

"Maybe there'll be a couple of injuries. But zero injuries. Everybody wants to play. Not like journalists, when they write ******** and then, the next press conference, they don't come. My players don't do that. All fit."

He's cracking up! :haha: :haha:

And on it goes:

When I compare myself with other managers I see just a few that are with me in terms of success,’ he said. ‘The others I see a huge distance.'

‘With Chelsea, I lost against Barcelona in the last 16 and we were champions that season,’ he said. ‘It was a fantastic season for us.

‘I think it’s the target for everyone, all the big teams at the beginning of the season. It’s the main target. If you can win that, I think it’s fantastic.’

Speaking before Burnley beat Manchester City on Saturday, Mourinho added: ‘I think we need nine victories; 11 matches. If our direct opponents lose a couple of points, then you need eight victories and one draw or something like that.’

Asked about the prospect of winning a third Champions League title, having already won it at Porto and Inter, Mourinho said: ‘It is wrong to assume that. People are too worried about me. They don’t know what my happiness is.

‘My happiness, first of all, is when I compare myself with the other managers. This is not a fight with them and I have lots of respect for all of them.

'But in the Premier League, who is European champion? Me and Van Gaal. In the Premier League, how many has won it twice or more than twice? Mr Wenger and myself.

How many has won every competition in this country? How many?

‘You go to Europe, how many won seven league titles? How many has won two Champions Leagues? Carlo Ancelotti has won three and Pep Guardiola has two. You are too worried about me.'

This is a real person writing this.

And an actual publication publishing it.

Jeff Powell, squealers and gentlemen:

'The sisterhood are railing against Jose Mourinho for castigating Chelsea's lady medic after her impetuous rush on to the Stamford Bridge pitch, which reduced Chelsea to eight outfield players for the crucial closing moments of Saturday's Premier League draw against Swansea.'

'Agree with that or not, the squeals of the feminists – for whom Senorita Carneiro is a standard-bearer - are misplaced.'

'Mourinho will have the support of most football men – and perhaps a goodly number of football women – for his assertion that she put the team at risk of conceding a late, losing goal.'

And he delivers the journalistic icing on the cake with the tried and true "he has a wife and daughter so he can't be sexist" argument.

Sorry guys but it looks like yall boyfriend Fabregas has flopped at Chelsea. Not good enough in a '2', not good enough as a number 10. A pass merchant with no position which thinkers saw 5 years ago. He'd already been found out in England and should have stayed in Spain but his greed got the better of him

Hes now selling out Matic the way he sold out Song and Denilson but Chelsea fans wont be giving him the free ride he enjoyed here.

Since his form faltered last season, I've said he's a liability in the 2, especially in tougher games. No idea why Jose played him there against City, when he usually plays him further up in those games. Even then, further up, he's not a patch on Mata for me, who's a better number 10 in my book, and about a million times better at set-pieces, and let's not forget his goals. He's a luxury player, Fabregas, because everybody else has to cover for him, which is okay if you're a Hazard or a Messi, but I think Fabregas is a real core issue in the team and you can see why Barcelona let him go. I've been criticised a lot for saying this but it's true. He's a class act, obviously, nobody doubts his quality, but where the f**k do you play him, nobody, but nobody knows his best position, and that includes Jose, who let's not forget sold Mata because he deemed him a luxury.

This time last season I was excited as everyone with the signing of cesc, but a season on, and especially since February, I'm starting to wonder what he offers, a few good Hollywood balls, is not enough to surely keep him in the team. There is an argument to say he should play further up the field, but if jose isn't keen on that, then his lack of pace, giving the ball away and continued getting out of position and leaving matic isolated is a recipe for disaster.

So so poor in the big games.

Desperately need someone else to partner Matic.

I can honestly say that if I was to name my own Chelsea starting XI, Fabregas wouldn't make it. I'm not saying he isn't a quality player, but in my opinion his pros don't outweigh his cons.

One of the most overrated non-English players of the last 20 years. Always knew Wenger would pass on the re-sign option.

To be fair though as much as he's clearing saying it for the wrong reason and is the worlds most brazen hypocrite. He is right in the sense that Wenger is probably one of the only managers out there whose job is not under pressure.
He is under pressure to get champions league football and when that's on the line you actually see good performances from us, so maybe if the board applied more pressure on him we would see a more concerted title challenge rather than this stubborn insistence on doing it "his way".

Arsenal supporter Davies, speaking on September 24 following his side’s 2-0 defeat by Chelsea, said: ‘[Arsene] Wenger’s more like a Jedi – he’s going through the universe using the force for good. Every now and then there are people who are using the force for bad. Be advised, this delusional personality disorder starts at the top.
'Of all the reprehensible scumbags masquerading as talent successful stars in their field, you have to start with Abramovich.
'Now, he is the billionaire with yachts and legit business interests and helicopters, and the grim reality of the blood-stained gold rush that was the break-up of the former USSR, the handing over of huge state utilities, of the right to print money to oligarchs, to keep them out of western business hands.

There are no bodies buried, make no mistake. But now, he cruises clear in ugly legitimacy in needy London, where we'll sell anything to any dubious foreign national, without asking what crimes or human rights violations they committed to amass their sickening wealth.
'Of course, a man like that would hire a man like Mourinho, a walking narcissistic personality disorder. And of course, he would have the racist criminal Terry as his leader, and the sociopathic violent thug as his centre forward.
'And they would be paraded as heroes in front of millions of impressionable children worldwide. it's inevitable, it's a disgusting institution that's rotten from the top all the way down to its racists fans pushing black people off tubes.
'This is far more than a s**t club with no history, this is a stain of football, on London, on humanity.'
Then asked who wrote that, Davies replied to laughter: 'I did. I wrote that at the weekend at a time I was having a massive sense of humour failure at football.'

Incredible. A stunningly one-eyed piece of shit non-journalism.

http://www.theguardian.com/football/blog/2015/oct/17/jose-mourinho-arsene-wenger-feud-chelsea-arsenal

As Wenger observed, "I will leave you, and your love story with him, to continue without interference." Which is what he has done. So what if he refuses to shake hands with a pig ignorant tosser who all but called him a paedophile? Who else would shake hands with a vile little cock who can't keep his snide insults and innuendos to himself for more than 5 minutes?

The chav's last two wins have relied on a bent ref and a pair of outrageous flukes. Saint Maureen has lost the dressing room following his bizarre victimisation of a doctor doing her job. With a billion quid spent on a gang of mercenaries who pocket huge wages but seem to have grown bored of earning their keep, Maureen's assessment is the problem lies with referees who won't give them 100% of the decisions. You'd think he'd be grateful for the astounding leniency shown to his thugs as they barge, elbow, bite, scratch and dive their way through the stultifying and depressing anti-football which is his trademark. But no, even one decision against them is a sure sign of a "campaign."

Jose Mourinho will not be pleased to hear that an Arsenal fan was one of a three-strong FA panel to hand him a £50,000 fine and a suspended one-game stadium ban.

The Daily Mail claim sports lawyer Nicholas Stewart, who chaired the commission which decided on Mourinho's punishment, is a "well-known Arsenal fan".

The news will rub salt into the wounds of Mourinho, who already has a fractious relationship with the north London club.

Stewart's allegiances have caused problems in the past. In 2008 Sir Alex Ferguson was reported to be furious when Stewart was involved in handing former Manchester United defender Patrice Evra a four-match ban and a £15,000 fine for a post-match altercation with a groundsman after a defeat at Stamford Bridge.

His interview (nothing to say) was just petulant. Even in Wenger's worst moments, you'd never saw him turn into a stroppy little child - the man has dignity unlike this cuntmuscle.

As for the supposed player who leaked the quote about rather losing than winning with Mourinho ........... my guess is either Hazard or Cesc.

The problem with Jose is he's stripped all the attacking quality out of the team to focus almost exclusively on defensive solidity, so once that goes they turn into a shambles. They don't know how to create attacking chances outside of pubbing one in of a set piece or getting a deflection in of William.

Even though Liverpool were lucky with a few deflections and possibly the Lucas card (though Costa should have been off as well), they thoroughly outplayed Chelsea, created more chances and deserved to win.

Long may his reign continue.

Yeah, so he's a genius when they win the title and still a genius when the same players lose 6 of their first 11 games because it's all the players' fault :blah:
Ultimately, he's responsible for results. If he has lost the dressing room then it's because he's such an unpleasant personality that no-one can stick working with him for long. He's never stayed at a club that long.
He's being shown up this season for the fraud he is. Long may it continue.

Mr Mourinho asked me about a tackle, an offside and a goal line clearance. I gave him brief answers to his questions. After this I asked him to leave the dressing room area.

"He refused. I asked him again. After he refused again I asked Mr Sutton to escort him from the room. At this point Mr Mourinho became very aggressive and animated.

"He shouted that you ******* referees are weak... [Arsenal manager Arsene] Wenger is right about you... you are ******* weak.

Probably more a result of his asinine post match conference after the Leicester game where he threw the players under the bus rather than their league performance. I mean they weren't realistically going to get relegated or get top four prior to the Leceister game but making enemies of half the squad publicly is something that really is hard to recover from unless Roman was prepared to accept a mass exodus of players in the summer ......... which I'm guessing he wasn't.

So the Great One has clay feet. This season has proven that he is great when managing a team playing well, but he is useless when things get tough.

It will be interesting to discuss how well some of the alleged top managers deal with adversity. Guardiola has never had to deal with anything other than very successful clubs. Klopp could not arrest the problems at Dortmund last season.

He was very biased towards Chelsea but then every manager is biased towards there own club.

He beat Wenger in every match bar the pre-season friendly this season, that is a fact.

I do wonder where he can go now though, I can only see PSG or maybe Dortmund as possibilities.

He won't go back to Spain or Italy, Bayern will have Ancelotti soon apparently so that only leaves France or the other team in Germany.

He was a character and a winner with lots of confidence, things that we hate in this country.

If he had been unsuccessful, we'd have just laughed in his spiteful face as we beat him. As it is ours was a rather impotent hatred. Even this season.

On another note, much as I dislike Mourinho - I think the attitude of the Chelsea players has been absolutely appalling. However our club does - if we ever have a bunch of players so egotistical and disloyal as the c*nts that play for Chelsea, it really is time to give up.

I can't think of another club that's gone from champions straight down to the foot of the table almost halfway through the following season. Quote a unique, desperate failure this one. It's funny, because all season we've heard 'he'll turn it around, they'll get top four/top six'. And yet deeper and deeper they went into humiliation at home against teams like Bournemouth who the champions should be rolling over in their sleep. He's taken them from first in the league to out of Europe all together, which is quite some feat. And of course he'll get another big job because football is full of overpaid jackals everywhere you look, at our club and everywhere else. But this is a game changer for his career. It'll be some time before he recovers and gets anywhere near the level of success he used to enjoy. Those earlier years of his career where he was consistently picking up trophies have now begun to decline and whatever 'effect' he used to bring out in players is even harder to bring out, let alone maintain. His peak years are over and this will rankle for quite a while. And the hatred held against him across quite a few countries and many clubs and officials has been well earned. You can buy trophies but you can't buy real respect.
