So the gypo dodgy loan dealings see Lampard score the winner that takes them level. Dodgy as hell. Why don't they just buy all the other teams in the PL, that's the natural conclusion to their strategy.

Yeah, they've won...1 in a row now.

They haven't lost in a while, to be fair, but two of the wins in that 'run' have been Burnley at home and Leicester away. They drew with Utd I guess but...well, in brief, you can always rely on Spurs to cock it up so no, not worried about them at all.

Dont want the top 4. We need to get to 40 points and ensure safety from relegation. After that we can be 5th or 17th, I could care less.

It's more the manner in which they won today and their away wins. To be honest, it's gotten to the point for me now where finishing outside of the top 4 isn't a big a deal as it might have been a few seasons back, I just don't want us to finish below the Spuds.

They've done even better than ignoring it. They've spared no blushes and rolled out Jeff Powell. So after this defeat there's only really one question to be asked - is this chav side the best team of all time? As you'll notice, they already play better football than the Invincibles ever did, The telepathic beauty of their game, the purity of their ideals, the breathtaking way in which they dismantle the other mere mortal teams in this league (leaving aside the recent destruction of their impervious back four which was an expected and in fact healthy indicator of just how good they really are).

So how good? Jeff has provided league tables. Are they as good as, say, Milan of 1990. I would say that's an easy one - yes, of course. How about Liverpool of 1981. Absolutely, no argument there. Man Utd of 1968? Barca of 2009? Munich of 74? Ajax of 72? Madrid of 59?

YES! YES! YES! YES! OH GOD, OH GOD, OH GOD, YES!
