Probably end up with a tricky game given the teams left in. Not sure we'll even beat Hull though with priorities elsewhere.

It'll be Chelsea away, in between two ties against Bayern and just as Alexis, Ozil, Cazorla, Coquelin, Koscielny, Bellerin and Cech get re-injured.

So Hull and Watford stand in our way of another trip to Wembley.

I know the FA Cup is not high on the priority list this year but we've been given a golden opportunity here. We'll regret it if we don't at least make the semi-final.

We have been given very good draws this year.
It's a fix

That's a third cup in a row in the bag unless we completely fuck it up. Who's left? At worst a shitty bunch of chavs and an even shittier bunch of mancs. West Ham would be the biggest threat and they'll either deal with the chavs or get knocked out trying. Cut out the mental team selections and fuckwit style of play and get back to proper football and we're odds on favourites.

Chelsea would knock us out I think. We are better than them but we'd freeze going up against I reckon.

Everton need to save football.

It's a favourable draw for us. We have to hope Everton beat Chelsea and that we avoid Manchester United in the final (stat time- no one team has beaten the same opponent on three separate occasions in the FA Cup final)

First things first, we have to get past Hull. I'm really not fancying our chances now but then again, I've been very glass half empty recently.

Aye my thoughts exactly. I was praying we didn't draw Chelsea which we didn't. I really don't want them in the Semis either assuming both of us progress that far.

We're going to have to face them at some point I reckon, I think they'll beat Everton.

United don't bother me like Chelsea do, in fact I think West Ham will knock them out assuming United get past Shrewsbury tonight. I think West Ham are the dark horses for this tournament, I wouldn't relish the prospect of playing them in the Semis because I think they could upset us again.

Yeah the Hull replay will be tricky but I think we can get past them as they will be a lot more open against us at home.

Chelsea are the main worry, our record against them for as long as I can remember is horrendous so if we meet them we have a 99% chance of being knocked out, thus we have to hope they get knocked out by someone else.

We've been lucky with the draw again this year, home matches against lesser teams all the way so far and there's not many top teams left now, Chelsea are the real danger.

I wonder how often it happens that a team gets to round 6 with only home draws. We will beat Hull in the replay and home to Watford cant really complain at that draw only thing is Watford have nothing to lose as they are safe in the league so can go all out for the cup. Whereas we will still be delusionable about the CL.

I wouldn't bet on us to beat Chelsea in the Final either if we were both to get there.

Happened in 2014 as well, although we had tougher opponents then. Certainly had the luck of the draw these past few years in terms of home ties.

oh yes good point I was thinking that we don't seem to play away much in the cup apart from United last season. we save all the tricky draws for the last 16 of the CL (although partly our own fault for not winning groups).

well not now.... I was kinda hoping we would draw 0-0. Now we can focus on the league and cup double.

Tuesday 8th it is then, in between Spuds and West Brom, which is fine as Wenger will probably rotate most of the squad for the game.

Lucky we got that date with the UEFA not normally allowing other games to be played at the same time as CL fixtures.
