Wlith Liverpool being our first game of the season it's one of toughest starts to a league campaign, however we have yet to play any pre season game where as Liverpool have already played 4 matches and won all if them. Pre season form is quite irrelevant however fitness any player cohesion is and should be of high priority when playing a difficult opponent from the start. I just hope our lack of activity in the transfer window and so many players taking extra time to recover with the addition of hardly any warm ups doesn't put us behind the eight ball at the the start of a very competitive campaign. We must not lose our first game in this campaign.
