Well at least City had some grace so I didn't have to support United for long.

Liverpool have had a once in a lifetime season and they still might not win the league.
Honestly, what's the point?

Lingard is there to ensure the title doesn't leave Manchester.

Imagine missing out on the title with 97 points. That's got to fucking sting.

Bizarre to think you'll more likely have a better chance the following season but doing worse.

Klopp
All that’s missing is an FA Cup runners up medal to complete the set.

I think this might be Utd’s worst run of form since the 60s I heard.

Right now that’s done. Hope Ole finds his wheels for Sunday.

I’d take a draw preferably but that’s the least of their worries.

I prefer to think of it as the last sodding chance.
Well. I guess we were both right :(

I was going to try and explain it away, say we never expected it anyway, they're a great team to go against, but nah. It's going to be fucking devastating.
The only hope is that we continue to be ahead of everyone else still; United in transition again (and probably a new guy at the wheel), Chelsea lose Hazard, you lot still inconsistent as ever and Spurs Spursy. And you never know, City might just get distracted by going all out for the CL.

tbh if you got 97 points and didn't win the title then how can you even be angry? You can't ask any more from the club our players.
Our shower can't even get a point in a week when a win would have put us quite comfortably in the top 4 and even a point would have kept us in the hunt.
Liverpool haven't bottled it, they've kept winning but City have too and there really isn't much more they could have done.
Not lost at City, I guess, but I think you can forgive them that.

Still think there is one twist left to come. I’ve backed Liverpool for a while now so I’m sticking to that.
But yeah if you miss out then that sucks balls, you can’t ask for much more really. It’s been a near flawless season from you lot but it just so happens City are doing the same thing.
No reason to think that you won’t be able to go again next year, you’ve got a very settled squad and all your best players are in the absolute prime years of their careers.

It’s City’s this year but Liverpool’s team isn’t going anywhere and I think they will actually win it next season. As horrible a thought as it is.
