Hoping to see a front three of Saka, Auba and Pepe

At the back, I am hoping to see Holding and Chambers in CB

And praying that Xhaka is too drunk to play, or pulls his groin getting jiggy with good ebening.

sadly though i agree i think the best we can hope for is Auba and Pepe from that list

i'm almost at the point where i hope we lose as that might prompt Raul and co. to pull the trapdoor lever

Struggling to muster much enthusiasm for this - feels like we’ve hit a wall with Emery, and all we’re really doing now is looking for the right opening / excuse to move him on? Anything in between just feels like clock-watching.

Hopefully some of younger players and newbies will provide a bit of interest along the way...

I think a fair few never thought he would be the man to spearhead a title challenge as early as last year, but the wave of opposition and scepticism about him recently has been pretty emphatic!

I think he may well be able to put it together enough to take us into the CL next season but I he doesn't seem like marriage material.

I think its the lack of progress that worries the most, despite a better set of players at his disposal this year

I think you can give a manager time when he’s building his own squad, but you can see an identifiable game plan, and a decisiveness in his actions.

I can accept not getting results if you understand what he’s trying to achieve.

In Emery’s case, I don’t think there is any rooted structure in the way the team plays, and he’s not solved problems which are relatively simple to get right. I have no idea how Emery’s Arsenal play. We’re so passive it’s untrue.

Unbelievable, losing at home to a promoted side now, Emery needs to be sacked today!

AMN a liability again, the guy can't play at full back we know that, he can't defend, but to go in like that when you have a yellow and your team are 1-0 down is shocking, hope we never see him at full back again.

Xhaka features again, the guy who came out last weekend and told people the team were scared (that will really make our lives easy going forward in matches) and adds nothing to the team except and is likely to cost you a goal at any moment, pound for pound one of Arsenals' worst buys ever!

We've got a mountain to climb now, 1-0 down and with 10 men, horrendous performance, horrendous manager, really missing Lacazette as well, the guy scores goals and have a bit of fight in him.

Playing Luiz and Sokratis again is a shocker after their performances, there should be repercussions to poor performances!

I honestly don't know where we find these guys, first years of Wenger and then this guy who doesn't appear to know what he's doing.

Master Splinter

Ceballos had one excellent game and has been as invisible as Ozil every other time he's played. People seem to be hoodwinked by guys like Ozil and Ceballos because of their perceived silkiness or technique. But the reality is that they have little effect on the team and have one good game in ten. If that.

Willock has been our best midfielder and is benched.

Players like Xhaka, Maitland-Niles, Luiz and Sokratis are careless, reckless, sloppy and just utterly stupid almost every game and continue to be first-choice.

It's maddening.

At least we were decent at home last season. Even that is wearing off now.

No point bringing on a defender in the second half. Just attack and see if anything comes off.

Worst part is that the football is dire. Away from home we have no fight and look hopeless. At home we play 50 passes and still dont get a shot on target. Its as if we got rid of Wenger, then scoured the world for a younger facsimile.

He's bringing Chambers on for SAKA

Unbelievable, such a negative manager, we're 1-0 down we need to win this, now our attack will be even more impotent. We're at home we should be making the running, our defenders can't defend so what's the point in bringing another defender on when your two centre halves and DM are likely to give away goals anyway, best form of defence is attack in this case.

Just have to hope Auba pulls a trick out of the bag (or two) otherwise we're in trouble.
