Saw the goals. Good result and good goals. We shouldn't ignore who we were playing and I still expect City to swat us aside this weekend, but hopefully it gives us a bit of confidence. Good to get the goals flowing, there were some really nice moves and finishes.

a win is a win after all. even though it was a championship B side but we werent at full strength either and Xhaka played as well. until we scored West Brom had started really well but after the goal it was all Arsenal.

i doubt it will make a difference to the City game but you just never know.

Opposition aside, I think the key thing was the players all looked motivated, hungry and eager to impress - hopefully that's a sign that morale isn't quite as in the toilet as we'd feared...
