If he was at any other top 4 club or aspiring top 4 club he would have been kicked out a while ago. For all his strengths because he isn't a bad player he is a complete liability at times. Enough is enough for me, what he did tonight was ridiculous. If I was Arteta I would be telling Xhaka to go and find a new club in the Summer.
