Fred was nearly in.

06-03-2022, 04:42 PM
Fernandhes is such a whiny cheat.
City are actually an easy team to beat if you have a little quality in your own team. OGS used to do it all the time and they lose regularly to the awful Spuds. Defence is key. City play as if strikers are not actually needed.
Will the real Jack Grealish please stand up. Please stand up.

06-03-2022, 04:55 PM
That's what United need to do, hit them quickly on the break, and why Ronaldo not being there might actually allow them to do it. Of course that also means them being solid and resolute at the back...
Completely forgot Sancho was at City

I expected the Spuds to win tonight, I know it's still early days. If they get a result up at Old Toilet at the weekend which they are more than capable of doing then i'll start to worry a bit. It's still early days at the moment, but if I was pushed to say it, I think they will be the challenger for 4th place TBH, I think United are more or less done.

Draw would be nice there but right now I’m just concerning myself with us doing our job. We’re in the driving seat but have some huge games coming up. Chelsea and Spurs away haven’t even been scheduled yet.

Yep draw would be perfect if we can pick up 3 points at home to Leicester which we should be doing given our current form and home form.

I'm sure Villa signed him for his goalscoring prowess
he used to get goals and assists regularly under Emery, it's nothing new - anyone watching him would know he can get forward and contribute at that end of the pitch - presumably Gerrard was paying more attention than Arteta did
given we don't have a striker who can score it seems like an asset we've got rid of
but instead he prefers players like Xhaka who couldn't hit a barn door and gets sent off every five minutes
