I couldn’t imagine a cup final i was less interested in. Ten years ago maybe when the two Manchester clubs were largely at the same level (give or take). Despite our atrocious league record against them, I’d fancy us more against City than United…seem to have done ok against them in the fa cup in the past (this season aside)

People don’t really see City winning trophies as an achievement therefore I think we are more philosophical about them winning.

I think City looked a bit panicked. I think they’ve been so used to everything they do coming off that their post title win drop off (yes I get that they rested a lot of players) that they were maybe looking guilty of complacency…some of the passing very casual at times and lacked the conviction to take their chances. I think Haaland tried to get himself in the game but never really managed it.

They will win the treble, because Inter are a team of geriatrics who beat two Portuguese teams and their neighbours to get to the final. But think they might like today make heavy weather of it
